Bug#760225: /etc/init.d/nfsiod: Reliance on --name $DAEMON in start-stop-daemon stop/restart causes failure inside freebsd jails

Use of --name $DAEMON in start-stop-daemon start/stop/reload causes those functions of the initscript
to fail when inside a freebsd jail due to limited /proc for which process names are not avaiable.
Relying solely on PIDFILE resolves this issue.
This is with linprocfs mounted BTW.
