That still doesn't make ppp a linux-specific package. If some people
want to port it to another kernel, they'll have to request changing
the "Architecture:" again, while AIUI, leaving it as "any" for now
doesn't bring bad effect except the red word "failed" written on
buildd.debian.org only.
