Backport Xorg?

Hi,

I have an Asus rog laptop with a nvidia rtx 2060.

The issue with the stable Xorg is the modesetting which cause the hdmi screen to have really low performance when not in unified screen setting.

The final goal is electric consumption reduction by switching off the laptop screen when I use the hdmi screen.

On the nvidia forum, they said the newest Xorg version fixes the issue.

May you please consider enable a backport of this package or is it breaking all hell loose?
