There is now an unsigned kernel package in backports:
https://packages.debian.org/bullseye-backports/linux-image-5.14.0-0.bpo.2-amd64-unsigned

Normally I search for "linux-image-amd64", but then you will find an 
older kernel because this is a part of linux-signed-amd64. And that is 
not backported so far I see...  strange.

But I guess for me the unsigned image is useuable, because it's for a 
machine with coreboot.
