hwloc and openblas backports for AMD Zen
Hi,
I was wondering whether it would be possible to backport hwloc and
openblas to Stretch. Both need a newer version than the one available in
Stretch to have full AMD Zen support. Support for AMD Zen was added in
hwloc 1.11.6 with further fixes in 1.11.9:

Openblas had initial AMD Ryzen support in 0.2.20, which was further
extended and fixed in version 0.3.2 and 0.3.4:

It does not appear to be hard to rebuild the Buster packages myself, but
this might be interesting too for other people to have in backports.
