unneeded changes to backported packages
Hi!
I'd like to point out two things that seem to still be puzzling for
some contributors:
-) There is a a new enough debhelper in backports (actually 8.0.0) so
there is no need to change anything in that respect
-) backports.debian.org supports dpkg-source v3 (quilt) so there is no
need to change anything in that respect neither
Please keep the changes for the backports to a minimum, changes for
dpkg-source or debhelper aren't along these lines.
