Mercurial backport is on my perso APT repo (see my signature but use
"stable" instead of "unstable").
I will upload it to backport as soon as 1.3.1-1 reaches testing

Note: the unstable debian packaging is done in the python-apps SVN repo
but backports are maintained in a git repo:
http://git.debian.org/?p=users/vdanjean/mercurial.git;a=summary

Note bis: any help on mercurial packaging is welcome (I do not use it
myself anymore)
