No, it's the non-free, architecture-dependent blob that it fetches from the web and executes on your behalf, if i'm reading this right: http://bugs.debian.org/632771 I suspect you're going to need to beg the folks at dropbox for this bit of non-free mystery meat if you want it on any platform but x86 ("i386" in debian) or x86_64 ("amd64" in debian).
