gmfsk fails to build

Hi,

gmfsk is failing to build on arm because the fftw library package
doesn't seem to contain the library, according to the configure script.

There's a similar bug logged against fftw (#225745) about the package
cassbeam not building properly due to fftw on arm and m68k. However the
previous version of gmfsk did build ok on m68k (but not arm).

Could an arm porter have a look at this at some time? Or is there a
developer machine where I could get the relevant build-deps installed?
