slow package update

Hello list,

I am using the kernel from the debian repository (sid). On kernel.org, the 
latest stable kernel is 2.6.20.1, but I am only able to download 2.6.18-4 
from the repo.

Is this because everyone is working on etch?

I do not want to complain, I only want to know what is going on!
