frozen debian mirror

Dear All,

I hope it will find use: I've grabbed a mirror of unstable debian as of
this monday and put it online (bandwidth must be pretty good - it is
educational US source)

so sources.list lines are

deb http://belka.rutgers.edu/debian sid main contrib non-free non-US/main non-US/contrib non-US/non-free
deb-src http://belka.rutgers.edu/debian sid main contrib non-free non-US/main non-US/contrib non-US/non-free

All release files include modified label Fixate so presumably if you
create /etc/apt/preferences like

Package: *
Pin: release l=Debian-amd64
Pin-Priority: 1600

Package: *
Pin: release a=unstable l=Fixate
Pin-Priority: 900

Package: *
Pin: release unstable
Pin-Priority: 1

and all release files in our amd64 ported apt-source will have label
Debian-amd64 then they will have the biggest priority, then our Fixate
mirror and just then the rest of packages.

Any wishes/suggestions?
