That's a problem we had in the past on sparc64 as well. It's because
there are no kernel packages defined for m68k in [1].

Suggestions which packages should be included there for m68k?

I assume that should be:

- busybox
- linux-image-m68k
- initramfs-tools
- emile

Anything else?
