Meeting with Erick Rios, government representative

DebConf team: h01ger, xamanu, jimbodoors, leogg

We discussed how they can help us with DebConf:

* Attendee arrivals: They can give us the VIP Lounge at the airport, so we can receive the attendees. http://www.eaai.com.ni/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=16&Itemid=24&lang=en

* Visas: They have to check with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Cancillería) to see if they can ease the process of obtaining visas for citizens coming from countries in category B and C. http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf12/Visas

* Day Trip: They can arrange a tour package with the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism (INTUR) for the day trip and a welcome pack for the attendees.

* Tax exemption: Meeting with the General Revenue Service (DGI) for a tax exemption letter for DebConf12 (15% sales tax and 2% hotel tax).

* Security: Meeting and coordination with the tourist police unit to assure additional security in the DebConf-UCA area during DebConf.

* Debian Day: Advertising in local media.

* DebConf tags: We'll send them the design and they will print them for us

* Other: Erick will give us some contacts for:

    * Potential sponsors 

    * Food catering

    * T-shirts and printing 

* Transportation: Buses for airport shuttle during DebConf and for the Day Trip
