Explanation: No one who was not already in "Regular Room" should be
able to save a "Regular Room" selection.

If this could be done only for people with accommodation, that would
be ideal. (Explanation: accom people can't change dates, other people
can continue to add or change them as they would like.) I seem to
remember it from past years, but am not entirely sure now...
