Helsinki transportation council provides some bikes which can be used for a
small fee which is returned at the end of the trip, if the bike is relocated
in one of the official stop stands.
In the center of helsinki, beside Kiasma (the modern art museum) there is a
small place which will probably rent you a bike. Other places might exist, but
i have no idea. Anyone?
