Announcements for Monday, July 31
Revving up DebCamp
================
DebCamp officially starts in a few hours, on July 31 at 8:00 AM! The
Front Desk, hacklabs and networking may not be fully functional right
away, so please bear with us as we work to set everything up.
We will be sharing the venue with a children's day camp. Please be
considerate around the kids and camp staff.
For now, the WiFi SSID is "cmaisonneuve", with password "sansfil3800".
Meals and hot drinks
===============
The meal schedule is as follows:
- Breakfast: 7:45 to 9:45 AM
- Lunch: 13:00 to 14:00 PM
- Supper: 19:00 to 20:30 PM
>From July 31 to August 4, meals will be served in the Interior garden.
Coffee and tea will also be served in the Interior garden, on level 1.
Electrical outlets
============
Please take care when plugging in, especially with hungry devices or
appliances, as breakers will not be easily accessible. Outlets should be
labeled and numbered according to attached circuit (two last digits), so
spread the load!
Beer and alcohol
============
We have an alcohol consumption permit for the Interior garden after
18:00. This means alcohol may be consumed only in the Interior garden,
and only from 18:00 to 3:00 AM. Beer taps will be set up on the evening
of August 4th; before then, you will have to provide your own alcoholic
drinks.
Lockers
======
Lockers will be available for the storage of valuables. They are
located on level 2 near the NOC. See the venue diagram (link below).
Note that Rex may be closed when in use by the children's day camp.
Please bring a padlock to lock your locker.

A friendly reminder : the Debian Policy Sprint will begin Tuesday August
1st at 10:00 AM in the Interior garden.
