This patch makes cdrecord believe that thedrive does not support the command.
Cdrecord then tries to avoid the command but this only works in 80% of the
cases and it may result in suboptimal CD/DVDs. With some drives, it does not
work at all and the bad thing is that it makes users believe that cdrecord
does not support this drive because os a bug in cdrecord while it really is
a wrong installation.
